SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
WEEKLY CROSSFIT CLASS SCHEDULE
If you are new to CrossFit we will start you out in our CrossFit Elements program. These beginner classes are geared toward instructing new athletes in the specific foundational movements of CrossFit training. Each class is structured just like our regular CrossFit classes so you can expect to get a great workout and learn a lot!
Elements Class Times:
Monday thru Thursday: 7pm
*Individual 1-on-1 Elements sessions also available
Experienced CrossFit athletes do not need to attend Elements classes, and may begin training in any of our regular group class programs.
