Meet with a trainer privately or grab some friends to bring with you. Sessions are an hour long and priced out accordingly below.

AARON HARRELL

Aaron has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years. His fitness career started at Equinox as he worked his way up through their 'Tier System' for 4 years. After that, he continued to work privately with clients as well as coach CrossFit. He received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and played on the Volleyball team there, winning a National Championship in 2007. He spends his free time with his family, chasing his little girl around and trying to get up into the mountains whenever he can. He is ACE and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as well as an experienced CrossFit Regionals competitor.

ADAM SCOTCHLER

Adam has been in the fitness industry for over 4 years. He has coached at four different CrossFit gyms, two of them in Northern California and two in Southern California. He is currently working on his B.S. in Exercise Science and looking to achieve that within the next 2 years. Adam grew up playing sports, mainly basketball, and a few years doing track and field. Adam spends his free time camping, fishing, and anything active and outdoors. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and plans on receiving his CSCS and CrossFit Level 2 in early 2017.

JOEL THOMPSON

Joel began his strength and conditioning career back in 2006 after a serious broken leg injury. It was through active rehab in the gym that he discovered CrossFit, its benefits, and the profound life changing qualities the community and the training can have on one's life. Joel is a former collegiate soccer player and graduated from Biola University in 2005 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He spends his time as an owner running CrossFit Tustin day to day, but he loves to be outdoors and never says 'no' to a challenge or adventure. Joel is a CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Trainer and a USAW Certified Coach.

MEGAN SCHRADER

Megan has been an Personal Trainer for 4 years. After one year at Equinox as a Tier 3 trainer, she moved on to CrossFit. After leaving organized sports Megan needed an exercise program to help fill the void. She has competed in CrossFit and Weightlifting and loves to get outside and adventure with her boyfriend. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 & 2, USAW Level 1, and Kettlebell Athletics certifications. Megan has a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University and plans on going back to school for her Masters in Kinesiology.

ANDREW KONG

Andrew started doing CrossFit in 2011 as a way to rehabilitate a broken femur. He is an experienced CrossFit athlete and trainer, competing in the CrossFit Games Southern California Regionals as both an individual (2014, 2016) and on a team (2012). In 2015 Andrew qualified for the USAW Nationals in Olympic Weightlifting, and in 2016 he competed professionally in the NPGL for the New York Rhinos. He has been coaching CrossFit and working as a Personal Trainer for over 5 years. Andrew is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, as well as having his CrossFit Mobility and Olympic Lifting Certificate.

JE'VON HETLAND

Je'Von received her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Azusa Pacific University in 2010, and her Athletic Training certification (ATC) in 2011. In 2015, she received her M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Conditioning from A.T. Still University. She currently works as both a Strength and Conditioning and CrossFit coach. In 2016, Je'Von competed at the Crossfit California Regional finishing 20th. She spends her free time training for the CrossFit Games and hanging out with friends, going to the beach, or finding her next adventure.
