The CrossFit Tustin Workout of the Day (W.O.D) is our daily training program designed to dramatically improve your overall strength, body composition and general wellness. We employ functional movements due to their effectiveness when carefully utilized in a proper strength and conditioning program. These movements consist of squatting, jumping, pushing, pulling, lifting, holding, and more. However, we do not merely exercise, we train. Through CrossFit you will develop specific athletic skills and our top level coaches are here to teach you–not just make you sweat.
The experience is community driven in a fun, safe and supportive environment. You will constantly learn and develop in a group setting while getting individual attention and personal coaching at a fraction of typical 1-on-1 training costs. Our gym is results-based. We use the things that work and scrap the fluff.
The WOD is where you come to work hard, suffer together and have fun while you do it.
Our Elements Classes are exclusively for new and beginning CrossFit athletes. It is a safe and fun learning environment designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible as you start your new fitness journey. Throughout your Elements experience you will learn each of the foundational movements we practice in CrossFit and be introduced to our community environment at CrossFit Tustin.
This program is appropriate for anyone brand new to CrossFit as it is our gym’s specific required starting point for anyone not previously experienced in CrossFit training or methodology.

Our Weightlifting Classes focus on the development of the Olympic Lifting skills and technique—more specifically the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. These two competitive barbell lifts test explosive strength, speed and coordination more than any other movement or training modality in CrossFit. It is for this unique reason that they must be practiced and coached regularly for any developing athlete. Classes consist of repetitive skills and drills exercises, max effort lifts and accessory work in order to develop proper core strength, mobility and full range of motion movement.
All work in this program revolves around the Snatch and Clean and Jerk lifts and designed to hone your skills and efficiency of moving heavy weight fast.
Our REDLINE program is the perfect combination of intense cardio conditioning mixed with basic resistance training—it is CrossFit without the heavy barbell lifts. REDLINE classes are an hour long and consist of constantly varied High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that focuses on body weight conditioning, endurance, agility, strength, muscle tone and core development.
We keep the movements basic but challenging and leave out the heavy complex barbell lifts. You do not need to go through our beginner Elements program to start your REDLINE classes. It is a PHENOMENAL workout without having to incorporate the regular weight lifting we do in our CrossFit classes and a great starting point to begin your CrossFit journey.
In our Personal Training program we offer both individual and small group training options. Our highly experienced trainers are here to help you maximize your time, stay motivated and guide you through your fitness journey. With our simple and effective approach of Assessment, Plan, Execution, and Reassessment you will begin to experience a clear path towards your ideal fitness. ROMWOD is a web-based video series providing daily media tutorials designed to develop greater range of motion, help optimize performance and accelerate recovery for active CrossFit athletes. Video tutorials range from 10 – 50 minutes in length and are based on postures derived from Kung Fu, Taoist Yin and Yoga techniques that strengthen and open joints. All CrossFit Tustin athletes have open access to our gym ROMWOD account at anytime during normal business hours in our back Underground training area.
Our CrossFit Tustin Young Guns program focuses on the overall development of the young athlete’s coordination, body control, strength and fast-twitch muscle fibers. Each athlete will begin developing their own athletic capacity in a way their bodies can handle through our general physical training. Not every athlete will be at the same level, so our weights and movements will be scalable and safe for the individual.
Ages range from 9-14 years old. Our top priority is the safety and effectiveness of the training program. If you feel your child has more specific training needs that cannot be met in a group setting or generalized program, please contact us for more information. We offer personal and small group sport-specific training as well.
Our Performance program was developed with the experienced CrossFit athlete in mind. We like to describe it as our CrossFit 2.0 program and only for a select few dedicated and advanced athletes. Our Performance program is for competitive CrossFit athletes looking to compete in ‘the sport of fitness’. The programing is intensive and the training demands are significantly higher than our regular Crossfit WOD programming.
