What you get at Crossfit Tustin fundamentally is the rhythm of Suffering within Community. A meaningful daily experience of working hard next to someone else also seeking to be a healthier version of themself. Crossfit is the medium used to create community, friendships, habits and an overall lifestyle that is sustainably healthier than before. The power of the program is its self reinforcement through community that you experience at Crossfit Tustin.

The Coaching

We don’t babysit you for an hour here. Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping you move better and improve each time you come to the gym. We constantly assess, correct, and motivate our athletes to grow. The vision is for each athlete to improve each time they come through those doors.

THE PROGRAM

Crossfit is impossibly demanding and so broad one can never master it.  It is this aspect that captivates the imagination and gives an athlete a lifetime of goals to achieve. Crossfit is powerful in its ability to produce physical results in one’s fitness that are broad and practical.  Crossfit is defined by Greg Glassman (Founder) as “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.” The overall, the aim of CrossFit is to “forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.”  Crossfit is for anyone looking to get fit for anything life throws at them.

Your Goals

Everyone comes in with their own personal goals and desires for their time in the gym. We break it into 3 different groups, the Look & Feel Good, The Weekend Warriors and the Competitors.

Look & Feel Good

These are the majority of athletes. You are looking for improved body composition and increased energy. You will be scaling most workouts and just want to get lean and mean while having fun… Summer is always around the corner here.

Weekend Warrior

Crossfit will serve to help prepare you for your sport of choice. You may want to dominate your local mountain bike trails or stay fit for a pick up game. You love the challenge and love the edge you get outside the gym.

Compete

These athletes have an interest in competing in the sport of Crossfit. This is by far the minority of athletes and they will be participating in class Wods on top of supplemental programming to work their weaknesses. This is to prepare for the CF Open.
