We are excited to get you going on your Crossfit Journey. You will begin with 4 1-on-1 sessions with one of our coaches prior to joining group classes. These sessions are the necessary starting point to lay a good foundation for your training. No matter where you are at in your skills and abilities you will benefit from what you learn in our Elements program. 

Our Elements program is designed to get beginners through all the appropriate movements in order to feel comfortable in our classes. Our primary goal is to keep you safe and make sure you are having fun!

Our Elements Program includes:

  • 4 One-on-One Private Sessions with a coach
  • Cover the basics of Gymnastics, Weight Lifting, and other Functional Movements
  • Learn how safely put it all together in a workout
  • The rest of the month Unlimited Membership
