Elements

This is your personal introduction to crossfit functional fitness. You will work 1-on-1 with your coach through 4 private sessions. We will cover all the appropriate movements you’ll need to feel comfortable joining our classes. The goal is to learn proper technique, maintain it in a workout setting, then understand how hard to push yourself. Our primary goal is to keep you safe and make sure you are having fun!

Crossfit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relative high intensity.  This is the meat and potatoes of what we do at Crossfit Tustin. We use the Crossfit methodology as a core strength and conditioning program to get you in the best shape of your life. When done correctly, the results are hard to ignore. Whatever your goals are, this scalable program will help get you there.

Personal Training

For those who want to take a more direct approach, working one on one with a coach is encouraged. The programming and attention will be specific to your needs and goals. You can supplement your class routine with some personalized programming or spend some focused time with a coach to work on a weakness. Personal Training is available upon request and encouraged if movement competency is not achieved after Private Elements.

Redline

This is Crossfit without the Barbell movements. We focus primarily on the conditioning aspect of Crossfit without the dedicated strength days. You don’t need to go through Elements to take these classes.

Youth Training

Our youth classes provide a great environment for kids age 10-14 to gain coordination, strength and body control through a safe, fun, and effective program.
