Our 1 hour personal training sessions are designed to help you maximize your results in a focused and motivating environment. Each session is tailored to your individual fitness level and goals, ensuring that you get the most out of your time with us.
It is mandatory for all New Crossfitters to take at least 4 personal training sessions with a coach. The sessions will not auto renew and they also don’t expire.
