Welcome to Tustin Performance training

Located in Tustin, CA, we specialize in strength and conditioning programs tailored for young athletes.

Our programs are designed to enhance performance sports while minimizing the risk of injury.


Small Group Training

(Next Cycle starting September 2nd)

These are run in 12 week cycles. These hour long classes are designed to get our athletes strong and keep them injury free. We incorporate functional strength movements and teach them proper mechanics. Every 12 weeks we open up spots for athletes to join us. Each group is limited to 12 athletes to ensure proper attention to the athlete.


Semi Private Training

Semi Private training for young athletes is an effective way to improve athletic performance in a more personalized setting. By working with a smaller group of athletes, our trainers can provide individualized attention and focus on specific needs and skills. These sessions can be up to 5 athletes.

Jason Carroll

College Education

- California State University, Fullerton

- Degree: B.S. in Kinesiology (Specific Track: Sport Studies/Strength and Conditioning)

Training Experience

-14 Years of Personal and Group Exercise in all adaptations of training including
Speed, Power, Strength, Hypertrophy, and Anaerobic and Aerobic Conditioning

Athletic Accomplishments

- 2x Crossfit Games Athlete (2017 28th Fittest Man on Earth, 2019 38th Fittest Man on Earth)

- 4 x Crossfit Games Regional Athlete (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018)

- Placed 12th worldwide in the 2019 Crossfit Games Open
