This program is designed to help you either get your first pull up OR increase your pull up capacity.
We believe that if you stick to the program, twice per week for 8 weeks, you’ll see a huge improvement in your upper body pulling strength.
When should I be doing the program?
Twice per week, preferably spread out with 2-3 days between each session
What if I’m doing other workouts as well?
Great! This is a SUPPLEMENTARY program that can be done before or after your main workout.
